Making 'Worry Eaters'
Make your own 'Worry Eaters'. If you are feeling worried or troubled or nervous, write down your thoughts and feed it to a worry eater. You can leave it there forever and throw it away, or go back and think about it when you fee like you are ready. Make these creative art projects using paper you can fold along with crayons, markers, or colored pencils. |
Art Trading Cards (ATCs)
You can make Art Trading Cards (ATCs) to share with your siblings. ATCs are easy to make. Cut pieces of paper that are 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches (the size of a normal baseball card or Pokemon card). You can use typing paper, construction paper, old magazines, or pieces of cardboard. On the front make a wonderful piece of art using crayon, markers, colored pencils, or paint. Make sure to label the back with your name, the title of the artwork, the date, and any other notes. Share these ATCs with your siblings and have them make their own so you can trade. |

Send me some photos of you exercising (like this picture of Josiah meditating) to [email protected] and maybe you will see them on the Liberty Learns website, Class Dojo, or Facebook! |
